Delivery options:

Please allow a minimum of 10 days and up to 3 weeks from when you place your order, to when your meat is delivered / ready for collection. The delivery / pick up date will be confirmed with you via email upon receipt of your order.

Local pick up / delivery
We provide FREE local pick-up from Albury-Wodonga Farmers Market on the third Saturday in every month, at Capital Region Farmers Market & Southside Farmers Market on the first weekend in every month & Eltham Farmers Market in Melbourne on the 3rd Sunday in the month.  Please choose the Farmers Market of your choice at checkout (be sure to enter your post code and state).

We can also deliver direct to your home in Rutherglen, Corowa, Wodonga, Albury and surrounding areas. Please advise your address at check out we’ll be in touch to arrange delivery / pick up.

Melbourne Deliveries
Delivery direct to a home address in metro Melbourne and some parts of regional Victoria may also be available upon request. Please send us an email and we’ll be in touch to confirm a price and timing for delivery.

    I purchased a leg of lamb of Suse & Paul at the Albury Wodonga Farmers Market last weekend. We were feeding four for dinner and planning to be out and about all day beforehand. Into a baking dish with pomegranate juice, juniper, peppercorns, bay leaf and cardamom, sealed well and left it to “do its thing” at 120’C for the next 7 hours.
    Meltingly tender, delicious flavours, not too fatty, absolutely loved it! Will definitely be sampling some of the other cuts in the future. thank you

    We bought a whole lamb through Suse and Paul’s website and picked up at the A/W Farmers Market. OMFG! Well worth every cent; every morsel, divine! Ploughed our way through the loin chops, manuka-rosemary snags, and a slow cooked butterflied leg (French-style) so far. Looking forward to cooking all the other cuts to enjoy – next will be Lamb racks with white beans and pistou. Proud to support local, ethical growers and local economies.

    We were lucky enough to stumble across Suse and Paul and their delicious Indigo Valley lamb at the Eltham Farmers Market at the end of 2022 and haven’t looked back since. We are total converts and now exclusively buy lamb from Indigo Valley.

    Our go-to is always the Whole Lamb Lovers pack, it freezes incredibly well and means we always a great selection of lamb on hand. Its hard to pick a favourite cut because its all just so good – I was never a big fan of chops or sausages before Indigo Valley but they’ve completely changed my mind. If you haven’t tried it yet, run don’t walk, to get your hands on the most delicious lamb you’ve ever eaten.

    And the bonus is that both Suse and Paul themselves are lovely and an absolute joy to catch up with each month.
